Emergency Procedures
Residents reporting a maintenance emergency should call (831) 818-3770.
In case of fire or law enforcement emergency, call 911.
If you have locked yourself out of your apartment during business hours, you may call the management to let you in. The charge for this service is $15. During non-business hours you must call a locksmith.
If an unauthorized vehicle is parking in your space, please note the make, model, license plate, and Bay Tree permit number (if applicable) of the vehicle, and call the office.
If another resident is causing a disturbance during quiet hours (8 PM to 9 AM), please ask the resident to stop. If the problem continues, you may call the police at 911.
